Splitting her time between India and Australia, ‘Kaftan Queen’, Tania Smith, beautifies the world in kind and creative ways.

A model of Polynesian, Caucasian and Oriental looks, Tania was celebrated on the runways of top international labels. Now with her own hand-crafted label of limited editions and sustainable sources, riding high on the catwalk, Tania continues to pursue her involvement with Indian orphanages. She does so in order to help implement a variety of training programs for the children while being true to her own, simple mandate to help fashion a kinder world.

Tania says that working with underprivileged communities within developing countries, in particular India, creates long-term, rewarding and sustainable career prospects. As the Founder of the ‘Kaftan Queen’ label, Tania mentors and supports young female orphans living in India, to assist their passage into adulthood.
